Wi-Fi Calling

Add WFC Feature

Enable Wi-Fi Calling and set E911 address.

Endpoint: POST /sim/wfc/add/

Rate Limit: 20 requests/minute

Authentication: Bearer token required

Reset a subscriber's voicemail password to the default.
