Welcome to the Vela Mobile API API documentation. This API handles authentication, SIM operations (activation, lifecycle, porting), and user management.

Base URL

Production: https://api.mw.velamobile.com

All API endpoints are prefixed with /v1. For example: https://api.mw.velamobile.com/v1/login/access-token.

The /v1 prefix is REQUIRED for all API calls. Requests without /v1 will return 404 errors.

Authentication

The API uses OAuth2 Password Bearer flow. Most endpoints require a valid Bearer Token in the Authorization header.

Authorization: Bearer <your_access_token>

To obtain a token, use the Login endpoint.

Rate Limiting

The API enforces rate limits to ensure stability. Specific limits are documented in each endpoint section.

• Check Headers: X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining
• Exceeded: Returns 429 Too Many Requests

Response Format

All responses are in JSON format. Success typically returns 200 OK. Errors return 4xx or 5xx codes with a JSON body detailing the error:
